It has become apparent that many people have thrown in the towel and given up on what was once their dreams. I don't believe they realize that your dreams are what should and will spur you on in tough times even more that the prosperous times.
A great practice to help you get back on track is to take time every morning to visualize those things that you want in your life and hold those thoughts for at least sixty seconds. But another more important step is to daydream periodically throughout the day about those same things. When your daytime dreams are more concious and you ae aware of what you want, you can then dream them into reality.
One more practice you can implement is to visualize those very same dreams each night befiore you go to sleep. By doing this, it sets your subconcious mind in action to work with the energy of the universe to find ways to bring those dreams to life. Make a list of the smaller wants and one by one as you acquire them mark them off your list and watch how quickly these things come into your life. That makes it easier to bring to life the larger dreams one by one also.
Especially now it is imperative to hang onto what drives you to success. What you focus on expands and that includes problems. This is why it is so important to focus on your successes.
