I recently attended a training camp and witnessed extraordinary courage. One of the excercises was to climb a telephone pole to a platorm at the top. One young lady I met was only about three feet tall in her adulthood. When her turn came you could see the faith in her eyes and the goal she had set to reach the top. One step at a time she made the climb with the encourgementof her team. When she reached the top there was a tremenous congratulations of cheers. After seeing her success I believed that I too could climb to the top. And I did! I realized a very important value that day. Winners see the goal, believe they can and will get there and with the added support of a team to encourge you, there is always success. You can bet I wrote down this one!
