When I first met this person we were both at a personal development event and I could feel a comforting feeling when I was in her presence and saw her smile.  I knew nothing about her so I was quite surprised when I learned the she was a professor, pshchotherapist, author and above all a visionary.  This woman carried in her heart the dream of someday there would be a place, Emerald Echo where people from all over the world and all walks of life would experience that they could experience "healing from the illusion of separateness and know that they are not alone"

Emerald Echo would also be a place toremember who you really are and rediscover your purpose for being here… and a home where nature and mankind collaborate in a forever friendship. T Bowman

Tamara has since justed released her new childrens book and it is a must for every child so they can learn their purpose and assist them in moving in a direction that will lead to success and happiness.  There is hope for our children to become well rounded and complete individuals in a world that is seemingly filled with crisis and trategy.

All You Have To Do Is Say To Yourself ....Yes I Can

 Everything that you dream about and hold in your mind can and will manifest itself as long as you believe that anything's possible. You have the choice in every moment of your day to make those decisions that support you. When you open you up to the knowing that when YOU are able to have an attitude that you can accomplish all you set your mind out to do the universe hears you and brings to you all the resources you need. It only takes a simple yet profound attitude of Yes I Can. Give yourself the gift of believing that you can. Are you willing to look at yourself honestly and see where you stop yourself? Will you give yourself permission to feel the emotions of fear that come up when you are faced with change and transformation? Are you ready to walk through any and all false beliefs about who you may think you are? Say yes to all these questions and begin to walk a new path towards your goals with an intensity and commitment to all the excellence that you are.

No where is there a better place to start believing in yourself than in your heart. You are a magnificent creation of pure potential. When you let false beliefs and old conditioning have its way with you, you begin to doubt and buy into those thoughts of lack. Limitation and fear is then made up as defense mechanisms designed to protect you.  You are not those thoughts. You are the creator of greatness and there is only perfection right where you are.  When you start to tell yourself this, your whole world will shift into a higher vibration of anything's possible consciousness. You will automatically create the life you desire. It all starts with you being able to hold the vibration of Yes I Can in  every area of your life. The determination you have to succeed is always present. You just need to live from it. Let go of old habits that don't serve you anymore and bring new life to your journey. Water your garden of opportunity with the essence of greatness that is your natural state. Watch as the abundance and prosperity that is calling you to messages of support begin to show up in all you do.  All you have to do is say to yourself ………….…..Yes I Can!

Peak Potentials Training Steps Up To The Plate to Help The Relief Efforts In Haiti

Just recently, Peak Potentials Training held one of their personal/wealth development courses called Life Directions, Mission to Millions in Los Angeles, California.  Some 700 people participated in a three day course and for some it was life changing. During the course of the event, communication came from the home office located in Vancouver, Canada that they decided to not only take donations for the relief efforts in Haiti but they were going to match the donations, dollar for dollar of those given by the participants. 

As the first day progressed, donations came in but not in leaps and bounds as the people attending were focusing on the processes at hand and their own personal and professional growth. On the second day of the course there was about the same amounts of donations that came in throughout the day but not significantly large in proportion of the amount of people attending.  But as they grew in their learning and their own visions,  missions and purposes the amounts began to grow as well.  By the end of the course on the third day, these individuals raised over $20,000 and show just what can be done with alittle bit of hope and a lot of belief. Peak Potentials will match that amount but decided not to stop there.  For the people who volunteer to assist at the various events throughout the year they are being giving an invitation to contribute as well to raise the total to over $50,000. 

This is an outstanding effort along with the many others that are being developed by a number of groups and organizations throughout our country.  Together we can change not only ourselves and our country but we can help change situations in other parts of the world.  I am proud to be a part of a people who can unite in the face of disaster and reach out to assist another nation. 

I have seen several entrepreneurs making efforts to contribute as well so I have decided to add to the efforts by offering that for each of my journals that is purchased between now and February 28, 2010, all the monies will be added to the donations of Peak Potentials Training so that they too can be met dollar for dollar which means...for each 365 Days of Successes Journal purchased to celebrate the successes in your life, double the amount will also help to change the lives of those left behind by the disaster in Haiti.  Help me Help them Help Others! 

A Modern Day "Will Rogers" Is What Some Call Andy Andrews

Who is Andy Andrews, some have asked me as I have reflected pieces of my success story.  Well, I just recently ran across him on Twitter but I knew of Andy Andrews almost fourteen years ago when I was faced with some life changing decisions.  He was an icon in the business I was about to embark in that started my journey as an entrepreuner.  Some turn away at the mention of the Amway business, but the principles I learned back then were and still are timeless.  They used to say continued education...tapes, books and functions.  I did not really understand what that really meant but I did it anyway.  That is where I learned about this man called Andy Andrews.

He was know as the comedien and voted "Comedien of the Year" for two consecutive years, 1985 and 1986 and funny he was. But the things I learned that took me through the tough times were not just the jokes but the success principles that he incorporated into his humor. As time went on Andy went from that business that he had built to an extremely successful level on to another business which is where I lost track of him since my life had taken me a different direction.  Did not stop traveling down my success road I just took a detour but I still listen to my tapes "Observations" and others that were recorded by very successful people in my business. 

In 2007 I began learning and building an internet business.  I did not believe that I could wirte, as a matter of fact it was very difficult for me, but I did it anyway. As Andy says "You don't have to like everything you do, but you do have to desire the result enough to make you do something. People who can discipline themselves to do what they don't like to do live a wholly different life." I believed that I could share winning ideas, encouragement, stories, principles because I not only lived these things but I continue to live them.  This is where I became reacquaited with Andy Andrews, a now accomplished author as well as international speaker. His newest book "The Butterfly Effect" was just released September 2009. He is also the best selling author of the "The Travelers Gift" as well as several others.  If there is one person that I can say impacted my life it was Andy Andrews.  From Amway to Author he has been an inspiration to me on my journey and I recommend that you check him out as well.

Being Offended By Others Helping You Is A Sign Of Insecurity

Maybe you have notice that you are around or work with people who are always asking you if you are supposed to be assisting them or are THEY not supposed to be heading up a particular project.  They are always questioning why you are doing something and implying that you are stepping on their toes or over stepping their authority.  Sometimes you may just be lending a hand till the appropriate person shows up to take over to complete the task.

Maybe you were sent to help another person and that particular person asks why you of all people were sent or asked to assist.  This is a form of insecurity and can cripple you in relationships either personal or in the workplace.  Sometimes it comes from someone who is your equal in position and sometimes it can even come from a supervisor. Their indication is that you are trying to take their job or are stepping on their toes and implying that they can not do their job effectively or efficiently. Most of the time this is not the case and is a matter of honest and sincerely assistance.  Are you one of these people?

Confidence in yourself and the courage to receive assistance is the sign of a great leader. This person can not only deligate task but can accept assistance when others are willing with grace and ease.  There is no need to be threatened  when you empower those around you to be a part of the overall project.  If someone rises above the task given to them, that is an indication that you are also an outstanding teacher as well as a leader.  It is an honor to have other model after you and your princilples.  Be a role model is one of the greatest compliments that your peers can bless you with.

So when you get the inclination to be offended when others attempt to assist or take the initiative to take on a task without being told, pause and empower those individuals to continue to rise to the occasion and the next level. And when they do they are a reflection of the one who taught them along their journey.  Appreciate their efforts and determination to succeed and all of you will be winners at days end.

Sometimes You Have To Clean Up Your Own House First

This weekend I had the opportunity of not only meeting but working hand in hand with an amazing woman who has an enonormous heart and is a winner in her own right.  She is a wife, a mother, a speaker, and an author.  Her name is Loren Slocum and I met her at the Author 101 Seminar held in Las Vegas, Nevada as she shared with the attendees her story and the principles she trains on.

She expresses that many of us make it so hard for us to win by focusing on the not so great things that are in our lives instead of that which is great.  Loren does not believe that a person needs a whole life make over, all a person needs is "just a little tweeking here and there". This is the name of her newest book "Life Tuneups".  She remind people that the most important thing a person can do is to take care of themselves first.  You cannot give what you do not have.

Another thing that is covered in her book is how important it is to create a compelling vision for yourself.  This is not new andis taught by may leaders in the personal development industry.  She tells you to ask yourself, "Who do I have to become to be the person who is healthy and alive".  Use your vision board to constantly remind yourself of what is working great in your life. And always stay true to who you are. 

Her story is outstanding and she believes that sometimes you just have to redicover who you are and what you really stand for.  It was a gentle reminder that I too need to stay tuned and tuned up to give back to the world all that I have to offer.

You Create More Success By Making Others Feel Great About Themselves

The economy continues to spiral downward and with it goes the esteem of the general public.  Many are loosing their jobs and their homes and having to start over in a world full of uncertainty.  So the question presnted to me was how do you become or remain successful in a falling and broken economy?  The answer is actually very simple.

Everyone wants to feel good about themselves.  Especially when the rest of the world around them is falling apart.  Success is created when you go out of your way to assist or encourage someone else.  Even if it is not immediate, those that you reach out to will not forget you and will trust you in the future with their purchases.  When it stops being just about the money, the Universe will bend over backwards to bring back to you in like fashion all that you give.  Call it the Law of Attraction or whatever you choose, the fact of the matter is that it is true.  Abundance comes to those whose give the same, no matter what it is.  It may be time, it may be training and it may just be money as well...but it is something. 

Making people feel great about themselves creates a fundation for the future whether it is yours or that of another.  Also as a two fold blessing, you feel great about yourself and will project that to those around you.  And again...like attracts like whether you like it or acknowledge it or not.  That confidence shows up in your success as well.  Those who might not normally purchase from you will either do so or refer others who have a need and a desire for what you are promoting in your business. 

Think about it.....When was that last time you met someone and were so comfortable with them and felt a sense of trust then purchased from them or someone they recommended.  The achievemnet level rises when a person feels not only good but great about themselves.  If you do not feel that way about yourself..it looks like there may be some work to do on your part.  Once you establish that presence you will see the difference in the world around you.  So if you want to be more success in this faultering economy get in the business of making people feel great about themselves and the rest of your success is a matter of time.  

Learn From Your Mistakes To Strengthen The Growth In All Areas Of Your Life

There is a saying that most have heard which states that you learn more from your mistakes that you do your success. This really does tend to be true. Not everything you do will work or create the result that you desire. when you make mistakes or almost get it right, you are in the process of eventually getting it right.  This process is also advantageous in building your confidence and self esteem.  This formula of what worked...what did not...and what can I do dirfferently is how I learned from my mistakes and move forward toward my goals and success. 

One of the most important things that anyone can learn from their mistakes is that in order to be successful, you have to be willing to take risks.  Most people are not willing to do that because they have a fear of failure and what others may think of them.  This fear comes from the lack of self esteem. When you can raise your self esteem you will not be so concerned about what other people think about you.

Your self esteem has everything to do with how you will rise on your road to success.  Your mistakes are your building blocks.  So when it seems like things are going right or turning out as you planned, look at what did work and build on that foundation.  Take a look at what did not work and insure that you do not repeat that part of the process.  With some good feedback, see what you can do differently to success the next time around.  Each time you do this and see positive results, your self esteem grow in the same process and your confidence level will grow. 

 

 

 

Once A Chicken Catcher Now A Vocalist On "America's Got Talent"

No one thought that when Kevin Skinner stepped onto the stage that he would be on his way to competing on the show "America's Got Talent". But what a surprise when he began to pick his guitar and out came an amazing voice singing "If Tomoorow Never Comes" by Garth Brooks.  His performance was genuine and quite heartfelt as he brought the entire theater to their feet in a standing ovation.

Kevin stepped up to the plate and is now on his way to Las Vegas where he will be a contestant on the popular TV show. The line up is expected to be the biggest talent show after the outstanding performance by Susan Boyle on "Britain's Got Talent" just months ago. 

A Rising Entrepreneur Rocking Her Workout

Just recently I had the opportunity to help one amazing young lady get started on the internet with her first blog.  Since then she has blossomed into quite and entrepreneur as well.  This young lady's name is Lisa and she is the owner/author of Rock In The Workout an informational website about diet and your fitness workout.  But the realization of what her life could be like was encouraged when she attend a Millionaire Mind Intensive event in Phoenix, Arizona. 

Not only did Lisa learn about changing her mindset and wealth files but she met T Harv Eker briefly, Author of the book "Secrets of the Millionaire mind" and a man who teaches thousands of people, wealth principles that changes their lives.  I know because I was one of them in 2005 when I attended my Millionaire Mind Intensive. But like anything else these do not work if you do not apply them and apply them Lisa did.  

In her post, Yo-Yo Dieting...What America Experiences Everyday, Lisa gives us insight on the phenomenon of getting and staying in shape or lack of and how to get started and be successful.  The information on her website is simple yet precise.  She also keeps you up to date on her progress and some of the goals and dreams she is working toward.  In her mid twenties, lisa is well on her way to creating a magnificent business and a lifestyle she had only had a glimpse of in the past.   

Lisa is also an excellent make-up artist and does various events from time to time.  She is working on a special effects make up book for Halloween for the average person wanting to create a great costumed look.  Lisa has everything she needs to create an outstanding life, to include belief in herself, the faith and courage to step out into the unknown and a vision of a fantastic future.  She is truely a millionaire in the making!
